3:10pm The technician from Hemmersbach was supposed to contact me between 9am and 5pm
to schedule the time to replace the HP battery, but no one contacts me.
I call the Hemmersbach at 4pm, and the customer service apologizes and call Michael, the technician.
He showed up 10 minutes later and replace the battery in 5 minutes. I tip him $20.
